moshiri/usmanov have got the manager they’ve been craving, we have a manager we’ve been craving ( a winner ) now it’s up to the hierarchy to back him.
Sadly Matty we have set fire to all our money.

It's clear Ancelotti has put on his defensive stamp on the team, being hard to beat, look at the results since his inception and you'll see that. The goals leakage really slowed down, before today we were unlucky to concede with how Saints goal happened, Leicesters goal being a fluke.
The issue is the midifeld have no abilty and it pins us back. After summer, when CA gets 2/3 of HIS players in, hopefully in midfield then we will see improvement. CA can't magically make these half arsed frauds into footballers.
It will take some time to A. get rid of the dross and B. set his full style with his players.
Arteta needs the same time at Arsenal, Klopp needed that time at Liverpool. Nothing fixes overnight and it took city a hell of a lot of time to put their money to good use.
THE POSITIVE of these horrid shows late on, after the season is finished ofr us, is that is shows CA who is worth keeping and who isn't. Opens his eyes fully to the actual quality.
It would be interesting to see how many players Ancelotti has in the 'keep' column.
My bet is that hes asking Brands to try and move on most of the squad.
Solidly the worst at defending free kick under silva !Mostly we were solid defensively under Silva. Silva had better def stats 2018-2019 season than what we have under Ancelotti now. The main problem has been that we do not score enough goals. And even here we were better under Silva - 2018-2019. Lying compact, and lying low in the field with the team is hardly any developing strategy, or a distinct playing philosophy.

Wouldn't blame him either.I can see him going if the moneys is not there with that current squad....just walking away.....
Over to Marcel then!Look, its a farce of a restart and he's working with some very bad players some of which are looking for the exit and the rest thinking about those 3 weeks in Dubai at the end of July.
Hes come in, half the players have dropped dead from injury, the rest have just clocked off for the Summer.
He is without question the best manager we have had in our history and will probably continue to be long after he retires, he needs as much time, money and support as he can be given.
If we mess this 1 up, the future is black, very, very black.
