Straight to the point today time for the players to be put on the spot it isnt good enough, really hope he is backed this window. I have no issues with the manager it is all on the players

Moaning at the fan base yes.

Moan all you want about the board / players / mentality etc . Moan about how hot the tea in Finch farm is for all I care. Just maybe fans should not question the manager given he will be the best we get for a long time (arguably the best manager we have ever had talent wise behind Howard) .
Or maybe people can just say what they think? As has been said already, nobody is ‘turning’ on him, people are just commenting on what they see. It’s normal.

I've got to laugh at the people, looking for any excuse to have a pop at Ancelotti. He's only been here since December. He inherited a poor squad. It will take time.Carlo Ancelotti is the man for the job, and he ain't going anywhere. In Carlo we trust.

Everything i said there, i stand over it 100%. Ancelotti has walked into a club, that has spent the past 33 years as a former shadow of itself. He has inherited a squad of lazy overpaid wasters, who have thrown every manager they have ever had under the bus. They are a bunch of overpaid mercenaries wasters and scumbags, who have no sense of respect for this club and it's fans. To go from managing champions league winning Ac Milan and Real Madrid sides, to this pitiful rabble, must be quite the sobering experience indeed for Ancelotti. But we are lucky to have a manager with such an excellent cv.

Ancelotti has managed some of the biggest clubs in Europe, and won the biggest prizes that football has to offer. So i think for the sake of this club, he should be given two full seasons at least to sort us out, and then we can reevaluate things, and see where we are going.

But for me i see it like this, the players are trying to do to Ancelotti, what they did to Martinez Koeman and Silva. They can't be allowed to get their way this time. Just give Ancelotti the time to clear out the trash, and get his own players in i say. He seems to be a good bloke, and he seems to have developed an affinity for the club and the city. He has my full backing to sort us out, and given time he will i think.

Ancelotti has clearly been a top manager. The thing is he isn't a manager who goes in and builds a team. His greatest quality is his man management. He is a safe pair of hands who players like and who gets players to play for him.

The harsh reality is that his last three managerial appointments at Madrid, Bayern and Napoli he saw the team regress. That regression resulted in Carlo being sacked on all three occasions.

Carlo is very likeable, but I am not sure he is the ideal candidate to turn around our fortunes. Tactically he is quite outdated and the Bayern players raised serious doubts about the lack of intensity in his training methods, with players even resorting to creating their own secret training sessions.

Today he complained about the player's attitude, unfortunately for Carlo it is up to the manager to set the tone and create a winning mentality and attitude.
