So how are we going to improve? Because Carlo needs 14 very good to world class type players. Look at all of his teams in the past. Everton just won't buy that many players. We need an actual project, a blueprint.

Right now it's just: lets hire Carlo he's world class, buy anyone, point to Carlo's previous triumphs, try to win. That is our strategy. We need an actual philosophy from top to bottom. A manager who wants his players to play and actually use the ball in positive positions. We need a director of football who will bring in players in the style of the manager - not donkeys who want to sit behind the ball and spring one counter attack per match.

He's done nothing of note since being here apart from winning at Anfield. But even then, Fulham won there too this season.

I dont want to hear about Carlo's history anymore. Nottigham Forest won back to back European Cups. Where are they now?

If by some miracle he does get us European qualification this season (and that is a very big if) he will have to go down as the most amazing Manager we have ever had as even Jesus himself would struggle to achieve anything with this squad of chancers. We have basically won 2 matches out of the last 10 which is relegation form had it been earlier in the season.

But they were all filled with quality. All of his successful sides had amazing players in every position.
