Put my phone in to get them to fix my cracked screen. Fair enough, they fixed. But got it home, charged it up, and god knows what they have done to it, but it automatically turns its self off after about 5 minutes.

£45 and they break my phone more than it was already broke. Idiots.

My mate had similar problems and they refused to fix it.

So he stood outside their shop with flyers that he printed up himself saying how [Poor language removed] they are and handed them out to every passer-by.

Funnily enough they soon fixed it after that....

Ridiculous isn't it. They don't make my phone any more though....so they either fix it, or im demanding that brand new Nokia off them!

And brado, it's funny how mine took less than 24 hours to fix, and it's compeltely broke.

Obviously some clown who works in the shop thought he could do it himself, so instead of sending it off, he tried to be a hero, and fecked it all up.

The fella said it's under 3 month warranty now for that repair.

Ive been watching Blue Peter for ages now cause i keep thinking they will do a make your own phone out of a cereal box and sticky back plastic.
