A girl in work came to me in October to talk about her issue with a used car from Volkswagon and the issues. She worked through the complaints process with them and got to a point of having to pay an additional £3k to buy the contract out.I signposted her to the Financial Ombudsman Service and just the other day she told me it was all resolved the the ombudsman with her out of the contract and compensation payments agreed.
