Carsley to Wigan rumours.

Just posted in the Scharner thread that some rumours say he goes to Wigan and Scharner comes to us. If that's true it would certainly give us a replacement type, with the added advantage that he's younger and can play central defence as well. But I'd still like to keep Carsley for another season as well as getting Scharner in.
 
Can't see why he'd want to go there considering he played pretty much every game and we have European football next season. Unless Moyes has said he'll be dropped next year, why would he go?
 

If Lee wants to go then fair enough we've had his best years. No doubt Wigan will have offered him a longer contract at a rate above that on offer here. The guy has many influences off the park so he will have a lot to consider, what I do believe is that Jewel had this move in place before he resigned, Lee is the type of player they didn't have last term. If he goes I wish him well(y)
 
I wont be giving him any grief for leaving.

Hes been nothing but putting in 100% every game.

Hope he does well (if he goes).
 
hope he doesn't go, thought he had a great year. The problem is everton will only give him another year, he wants two. still, why wigan?
