Just got a text of him, (well, at 7 this morning, thanks for that mate.... ), he survived the storms (his words "[Poor language removed] knows how i survived that, place is a mess").

He'll be back on when he gets electricity back.

I'm going to take this opportunity to say that Chico is a good man, and really impressed with his take on life. Top lad, and I really mean that.

I have been in contact with the Chico lad today and I am sure passes on all his warmest regards to you all(well actually, I made that bit up, he probably says [Poor language removed] you all).

But Joking aside, I have been talking to him through sms and he has had a rough ride by all accounts. The lad is a strong one(his fine lady has probably told him he has to be).

Mother Nature has spanked his ass and him and his missus are just fine(good to hear). He has no leccy powered up yet, but mains should be running again soon. Ike has not been kind to the area but it could have been a hell of a lot worse. Important thing is that our boy and his girl are cool.
