Not the fact the got him, as i would'nt want Cisse at Everton. It's the fact they got him so quick. No one knew anything, a few days ago a couple of papers were saying keane was trying for him. Then BANG......deal done, player comes in.

Why the [Poor language removed] can't we do that. We'v been after the same players for ages. an still can't do [Poor language removed] all. Keane also states he wan't 3-4 more playes an you just know he'll do it. They have a half decent squad now.

It's the level of player again isn't it? Cisse is at a level where it is much easier to sign him than the likes of Moutinho. Look at Ronaldo, Barry and Berbatov. All three have dragged on all summer. Once you reach a certain level few transfers seem to go through smoothly.

Because they are willing to cough up the money needed to sign the players they want.

We offer coppers to sign quality players and waste time pinching pennies instead of just matching the asking price.

That's assuming we have the cash,I always get the feeling we never have the amount the other club wants and have to knock the price down and to think in the 60s we where known as the Mersey millionaires
