Just listening to 5 live and as I've predicted for a long time the bbc/media are creaming their pants in anticipation of the game that will quote re-shape premier league football for many years to come......
What a load of 'pony' as 'arry melt face would probably say -
Spurs IMO will crash and burn in the champions league - Blackburn rovers style and will suffer in the league next season as a consequence (similar to us this year) even if they buy big (again!!!)
City have spent big and come off short in reality - cast your mind back to late August they were talking about winning the league was the only option...... 8 months later they have snuk in contention for the 'holy grail' of fourth by the general mediocrity of the teams around them....
re-shape premier league football for many years to come...... yeh what ever 4th bin there done that got the tee-shirt.........
