What he did that day was beyond your normal bow down to the sky favourites that we see all the time. What we saw that day was outright blatant disregard for the game and its rules, mainly the rule that a ref should not take any money or sexual favours to throw a game.
Moyes knows what he said in that dressing room after the game, he told the FA. He has only reffed one game since, away to Villa, for me that says that it was more than a normal poor ref (Atkinson) or a normal screw over like Poll.
