'Club secretary' thread

I think the mods should remove the 'peado' word from the Club Secretary thread, because just by having his name and face on that thread with that word is damaging to him just by association. Also, the way search engines work, his name and that word could show up in a google search and show a result completely out of context. I think it would be best if that thread was edited to say 'we don't tolerate offensive nicknames' etc, or is removed altogether (as I'm sure we've all got the message), because it isn't fair on the fella.

Its a clear message to say that the language will not be tolerated.


I think that sort of stupid comment being directed at the man - is not only not fair against the man - its completely out of context.

The man is the 'head of football operations' of the club.

Tagging him as this is like throwing rotten fruit at the team.


This is the man that organises most of the games we play.

Organises the hotels. Transport for the team etc.

Makes sure everything is operating as it should be - to try and WIN GAMES.


People look like complete amateurs coming out with some of this nonsense.

So @Groucho was spot on both in message and context in my view.


People should be applauding David Harrison, 'head of football operations and club secretary' for the hard work he's putting in to the club.

Not making stupid and idiotic remarks.
