Hi all,

Please keep all discussion relating to David Moyes' contract in here - including potential replacement discussion.

I've closed the thread from 2008 - it will have caused confusion.

Thanks.

It's a concern for me this.

Does anyone think it will/is affecting the players?

We don't have a manager for the 2013/2014 season right now.

A worry.

I have always been an avid Moyes supporter for the whole 11 years. However at this point in time I dont think an attack minded manager would be a bad thing. Moyes is a negative manager.

Replacement: Martinez

Nearly 11 years. Won nothing. Gets paid loads.
Kept a side, which has been in the top flight for a record number of years.. erm.. still in the top flight.

Next !

surely it doesnt matter to much about a manager running their contract down, as if a big club wants him they wouldnt have to pay much to get him anyway, it diff to players on clubs take punts on free transfers cos they cost less, a club isnt gonna take a punt on a manager because he costs less.

i just dont get why he's letting his contract run down, in fact..has any other manager of a top flight club done this before?

why would a big club buy a man who only has a 3rd division title on his CV?
