Often very friendly carbohydrate loving tea enthusiasts with some of the best scenery in the world.

Also suffers the same affliction as 'professional scousers' where a vocal minority of it's inhabitants define themselves entirely by the geographical location of their mother's womb at the time of birth and see it as a reason to denigrate others to a bafflingly hostile degree.
