Hey all,
I've been an Everton supporter for almost a year now. I played Soccuh (anyone else here love the Men in Blazers?) growing up, but with a dad who loved only Baseball, College Basketball, and the NFL, I was never introduced to Futbol at large.
In the past 12 years, I've been a huge fan of the USMNT/Von Trapps, and, like many, my Everton allegiances were born watching the Tim slay it in goal for the US. As an American, I wanted at least some sense of a link to a club, rather than picking one at random; I also felt like picking one of the Big 6 teams was such a cop out. I watched numerous games from many teams on YouTube last summer, and settled on a love of Everton, Roberto's style of play, and you guys - their community.
I'm happy to be here, and look forward to learning and loving this club for years to come.
