David Moyes has confirmed that Evertonians may not have seen the last of Brazilian midfielder Anderson de Silva.

I think he's right that 6 months isn't long enough for a player to fully adapt to the English game so it's good to see that he might be staying on. I don't suppose he'd cost much and we need numbers in midfield. Hopefully once he fully settles in he'll prove a decent addition to the squad.

good, im glad to hear he is being given a fair shot, after all there are a couple of other so called players that have had a hundred times the opportunity silva has had so far.

hes a fair sized bloke, which means he stands head and shoulders above EVERY OTHER midfielder we have on the books. (ok, maybe bjarni might be comparable height-wise, but silva is stockier in build than the vid)

Will prop up the numbers even if he is meant to be [Poor language removed].

I am also glad the boy might be staying. He can give us some ever power in midfield and from what I hear, for Moyes to be keen on keeping hold of him, he will have a bit more of a role than a bit player to be fair. Moyes does not like to keep hold of part time players to be fair.

Thats one thing you can say about our Davey he doesn't mess around. If you don't fit the bill your outta here. Fiery and his highland heritage has something to do with it. Prepared to be in shape if you want to be on his squad. Da Silva seems to have met these requirements and then some. I feel good vibrations on this one.
