apologies for my ignorance on this question if its seems obvious what he said but i didn't understand what he meant when he said he was hung off a bridge at 11 by a man. Does this mean that a man tried to kill him at 11 by making it look like he committed suicide?
Not sure, normally a threat to do something or not. Remember calling round for a mate once and his brother and his unpleasant mate had left him hanging by his foot by rope from upstairs bedroom window. Because he had not fanned them enough on hot evening the night before.

The man who's just done an interview discussing things he says he's never spoken about before and gone into rehab to address issues and addictions he's kept from everyone all these years? You have absolutely no idea what Spurs have done to try to help him in his professional and persons life, but on the face of it, it appears he made it very difficult for anyone to help him before this summer. You cannot help someone who doesn't want helping.

Trying to not give you the worlds of abuse you deserve here, when you're in that state of mind you don't try to get help.

Shows a complete lack of understanding or empathy for someone going through what must have been really difficult for him for a few years.

Alright. So Spurs should save our illustrious billionaire owner from shelling out the £10m payment because they owe it to someone who they paid tens of millions of pounds to when he was in their employment before allowing him to leave for no up front fee. Let's hope Chairman Bill can sell them the idea.
They’d be giving themselves a chance of getting that £10m. Because they’re not going to get it with the deal structured the way that it is.

Not at all, I'm just not stupid enough to think that Spurs have ten million pounds worth of sympathy to donate to Everton for Everton to help a player Everton own.

Why not? Aren't Everton as sympathetic to their players situation as you expect Spurs to be? Shouldn't Everton just cough up the ten mill? It'd be the nicest thing to do for the player at this moment in time, but unfortunately you seem to expect Spurs to be the charitable party.

If the lad is supported off the field, (he will be), it could be the best £10m we spend.
