Hello, I would greatly appreciate it if you could please take 10 minutes to complete my two-part survey. The survey will be used for my dissertation on The Social Cohesion of Football on behalf of The University of Liverpool and is for football fans who are UK residents aged 18 and over. Participant's information will be kept anonymous and all information will be destroyed after 6 months. I do ask that if you decide to take part in the survey that you complete both parts as completion of only one part will severely skew my results. ...sorted. As above, suggest you should've given some thought that some folk are 50+ and might be retired or no longer able to play. Happy to help, though, and the best of luck with your studies.
 

Nice one fellas, yeah should have included a 'retired' option but I'll use that to reflect on. Just to reiterate can you make sure you all do BOTH parts, cheers pals
