I have a wide taste in music - practically anything that isn't pop or techno or dance.

What draws me to a performer is the quality and character of their voice. Some of the most unique voices i know are:

Billy Bragg
Duck Gaughan (its not duck its Richard... but y'know swear filter ...)
Passenger
Tom Waits (not necessarily a fan per se - but I try occasionally JUST because of the voice)
Leonard Cohen
Eddy Vedder
Natalie Marchant
Heather Nova
Joan Baez
Joni Mitchell
sandy Danny
