As for believing in ghosts yeah I believe that when we pop it we live some kind of energy source. I dont believe in the full spectral monty but just an indicator that we were here.

That footage at the start was garbage, I do apologize, did not frighten, did not do anything apart from take fourteen seconds of my life that I'll never get back.

I do believe it spirits, they are merely trapped souls who have not passed on and are still with the living yet to cross over, or something like that.

Fascinating subject, I've been a through a few churchyards in the middle of the night, not at all scared, maybe a tiny bit but nothing significant, and after enough time you get used to it. Even at 3 or 4am even Ghosts need their rest.
