Interesting piece in the mail from Mr Huddleston about the aspirations of english footballs saviours - the team who dared to break up the Champions league cartell - fails to point out what effect a certain Mr Collina had on the outcome of our quailfier and the obvious fallout it created.

Let's hope he comes out of retirement to officiate their qualifier.
.....Spurs out of Champions league at group stages - mid table by christmas

Is this that myth that Collina was on UEFA's brown envolope payroll because he dissalowed a goal which would of meant we still needed to score another goal to go through?

Maybe he was responsible for our ineptness in Romania as well.

That goal would have taken them to extra time and were looking the better team that night, we got stronger as the game went on I thought.

I thought we were 2-1 down that night and 4-2 down on aggregate when we "scored", meaning we'd of been 4-3 down and needing 1 more goal to win on away goals.

They scored their second after Ferguson's goal was disallowed, so at the time it would have been level.

Ignorance of Huddlestone saying we 'nearly got relegated' the following season as well.
