Dear Customers,
We are currently offline due to a power issue in the building. We have staff here ready to get things back online as soon as power is restored. We have our own electricians working with the building to get the problem fixed. We should have service restored within the next few hours. A drainage sink on one of the lower floors got clogged and water backed up and leaked down the electrical closet onto one of the main power buss going through the building. The bus shorted out and the breaker in the basement flipped. Our staff was on site when it happened and contacted the building maintenance right away. We have been working with them since. A piece of the power bus was damaged and needs to be replaced and this is part of the reason why it is taking so long to get it restored. I will update with more information as soon as its available.
