We really missed him in attack today. Got to find a way of getting him involved more next week.

Was decent enough back there. Would've been better to somehow get him closer to goal to blast away in the second half, but he did well. If needed signings are made next year, he could be a good option in a pinch, and certainly better than the terrible center backs who've been put there.

He filled a hole at the back, it's not ideal to have the player who has been the most creative in the team for weeks now, taken out of the attack and played at full back. Dyche trusts him and knew he would be up to the task, we didn't half miss him up front though. I'll hold my hands up and admit that I thought he was a poor signing when we brought him in and I still have reservations about his one footedness and his lack of pace, but, he really puts a shift in and has an almost Sheedyesque wand of a left foot.

I would have rather started the game with Holgate at Left-Back but Dwight McNeil did very well and put in a decent shift.
