I just wanted to offer a little insight into a recent Ebay transaction that might be helpful.
I bought a pair of sunglasses from Ebay recently, which in my opinion after comparing the item to the official Rayban site, were clearly fake.
After trying to contact the seller, it turned out his phone number wasn't recognised.
I went to the above link, and phoned Ebay customer support, and to my surprise, actually spoke to someone very quickly, who also stayed on the line while I was transfered to another department.
After a few security questions, and exchange of item number, I was assured of a no questions asked Paypal refund within 3 days, and told to destroy the item.
I don't have to send it anywhere.
I thought this might be worth sharing with you just incase you experience a similar situation on Ebay.
