simple, buy something of him, dont pay, leave negative feedback, as a buyer he cant leave it you back.

Then email and say you will remove it if he retracts the one he gave you.

Simples.

Wouldn't worry about it - he'll probably get removed from ebay if he carries on, his feedback will get removed, and you'll be back to 100%.
