ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 2

I'm gutted no one was standing outside the ground with a camera and mic interviewing the RS fans coming out after the match.

The results when somebody did that at the Anfield screening of last season's final provided some of the best comedy you're ever going to see/hear.

I've worked with and been friends with many supporters of other clubs and have on the whole I've enjoyed talking all things football. Alas I had to make a conscious decision many years ago not to bother with the rs fans, they have lost the ability to engage in sensible discussion and I'm sure I'm not alone in putting them lot on ignore.
In hindsight this action has possibly contributed to the Cult FC phenomenon, like in all areas of life, politics, religion, sport etc healthy debate with people of different viewpoints is necessary to avoid one eyed fanaticism which is why in times of conflict the first casualty is the truth to be replaced by propaganda.

So you’re saying they’re all your fault?

As long as you're willing to say Liverpool are the best in every single aspect talking to their fans is fine. Deviate from that line and it all kicks off.

It's true.

Occasionally they still have the capacity to raise the bar of idiocy and befuddle my brain.

Suarez racially abused a small black man and literally bit someone and they were ok with it.

But celebrating a goal in the European CL means he showed NO RESPECTO.
AT HOME too. It's not like he did that at Anfield, he did it at the ground he plays at now.

I despise Suarez but more I really really want to see him score at Liverpool.
