ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Calf tear.

Depending on the level of tear, that's between 6 weeks and 3 months out. The fact Alisson said to physios he thought something had hit his calf suggests a bad tear. Probably out to late autumn if that's the case.

Are you an expert on levels of tear?

I've done medial ligaments on both knees via footy. One recovered the other not quite. Knees are complicated. An unusual injury for a goalie none the less.

Apart from Joe Gomez's injury last season, they rode their luck and then some with injuries. They wont repeat the trick this season.

Yes even Klopp thought the worst, any idiot can read between the lines..

Oh dear just what Jürgen didn't want...

"He thought something hit him in the calf, which is never a good sign, that means it's probably a bit more than a strain and we'll have to make the diagnosis tomorrow. We don't know what it is exactly but it doesn't look too good"

:D

Could mean surgery if it's a level III tear.

No one wants to see players injured, but if they have to be then it's best if they're all Liverpool players and they're out for months.
