Some Norwegian football fan out there is now 5,600 krone (about £540) better off after sticking a £3 bet on Luis Suarez to finish the World Cup having bitten someone…

Well played that man/woman/definitely man.

oh my, wonderful

I'm not mate

I seriously think he's the final piece in the puzzle for them

They aren't a great team but

-It's in their continent
-They have a chip on their shoulder already, and this will only add to it
-He galvanises the team, even if he himself doesn't play well

With him, they have a chance in a single elimination knock out tournament

Without him they're on the next plane home, and they know it
This comment confirms you're on a wind up. Ha Ha

Would that be the chip out of Chiellini's shoulder. Love it mate, nice one.

I am simply not having the fact you think they will win the world cup. The fact you compare him to Maradona and the 86 Argentina side is quite something. Out of curiosity, did you get to witness Maradona and that world cup, game by game or are you just going on what you have read of it ?

I am honestly not having you on mate

I genuinely think they can win the World Cup, provided Suarez plays

If he does get banned, they'll probably get ramshacked by Colombia

If he doesn't, I reckon they've got a chance

They are by no means favourites, but they are in the running

And I didn't actually watch that World Cup as it happened, as I wasn't born, but I've since tracked the matches down. Argentina as a team were better than this Uruguayan team, but they do have Cavani and Suarez, so will always be a threat. Plus, it's in South America and they have a lot of support.

If Greece can win a Euro's, Uruguay can win a World Cup. They need to win 4 games. They can manage that. It won't be easy, but they can do it

Suarez is a good player but his biggest strength is how he galvanises the players along side him. I don't like him, but it would be churlish of me to ignore his talents

From RAWK
Of course it is - It's Luis Suarez.
Sorry chap, he laid the head in and missed. This, however put his mouth in contact with Chiellini and yes there may well be a mark there but it was not a bite, it was a headbutt went wrong. What his problem is, is that he went to lay the nut on him and missed. Of course in the context of the game, Chiellini will say it was a bite as they wanted him off the pitch which means Luis was a stupid [Poor language removed] for rising to the bait and putting himself in the position.
Sad thing is, the BBC's commentator (Savage?) went "E's bitten 'im" which of course will be the first reaction because of his (inexcusable) past exploits.
He's going to be [Poor language removed] I'm afraid and only has himself to blame for it, but I will stand by the fact that it's not a bite. Headbutt gone wrong - yes. Bite - no

Got to be a wind up

A head-butt gone wrong.

In tears here.
