It's not that it won't effect the RS, as all rivalry aside this is beyond that. A 10 game international ban wouldn't effect the player.

They have to come down incredibly hard on him here and every inch of it will be deserved. It should be a 12 month worldwide football ban, and I wouldn't be saying "that's harsh" if it were two years.

It's like if a boxer repeatedly bit someone like Tyson. Once, you'd be fined or something. Twice you'd probably be banned for a short while, but three times? You're then officially a complete lunatic and no boxing state would give you a licence.

I think he is 100% nailed on to leave liverpool this summer, but I really hope he stays. I can't think of a better punishment for them than their biggest player to be the most detested player in the world.
