He'll defo miss the rest of the tournament. FFS you cant clearly bite another player and get no ban.

The next time you see that [Poor language removed] will be next season chomping his way through the la liga menu.

There's absolutely no way Barca or Real Madrid will touch him now. Not a chance.

He'll be at the RS next season. The only question is whether he'll be allowed to play for them.

A question to those in the UK who would know more. What would happen if teams refused to play against him in the PL, due to health and safety reasons sort of a work refusal due to the risks of catching something from a bite?

Last time Ian Ayre said this

He's a fantastic player, top scorer and everything we'd want in a striker, so there's no change there

Enough said, this comes from the top.

If this behaviour is sanctioned and condoned at the very top of his club then of course he will do it again.

"Luis Suárez bites his Italian opponent Giorgio Chiellini during the game in Brazil and there is only one source we can blame: clearly it is the fault of the English media. We made him do it. It was all our fault. If we had been nicer to him during his time in England - you know given him the Footballer of the Year Award, cheered him to the echo, constantly publicly reckoned him the finest footballer to play in this country for the past 10 years, that sort of thing - then he wouldn't have done it. He would have been too busy helping old ladies across the road to worry about snacking on a chunk of Italian shoulder."

This is genuinely what I'm thinking too. How can the Premier League or the FA licence him to play football professionally in England?

You can point at Marlon King etc. who did time and came back, but they didn't commit a crime on the pitch. People who HAVE committed actual crimes on the pitch like Duncan Ferguson and Eric Cantona have been heftily banned; but we now have a guy who has done it three times!

I think there really has to be action beyond the international level of the game here. Let's put it this way, I wouldn't feel comfortable playing against him - not because of his skill, but because of a HIV/Hepatitis risk going near him.

It would likely go to the premier league and FA and ultimately court of arbitration for sport.

Nah, they'll use this to hammer them over price, that's all. Madrid and Barcelona have the status and clout to get the best out of him and paper over his antics with the Spanish authorities. They knew what he was like before today - if they were interested then they still will be.
