just when you think the height of bellendry has been reached by themView attachment 13067

what planks. People usually say bride and the groom so their numbers should be swapped around. they do realise they have to wear those tops at the same time and walk in the same positions every time!

there's two more shirts for the burning pile when it all goes tits up anyway.

They are kopites of course they are planks I lived round Anfield for a while and the amount of mutants wandering
round at all hours was scary imagine day of the dead but with red shirts

Yep, only last summer as well. Was played all over the shop and if they were losing was typically the half time fall guy, totally wrecked his comfidence. Now he is out on loan as they have a new shiny player instead...
Unbelievable. £36 million sent out on loan this week and they say we paid too much for Rom. They have got to be the most profligate football club in history.

Apparently they want him to come back if he has a good season - incentive for the lad!

Liverpool have agreed terms with the Turkish club over the Serbia international’s move and the 21-year-old is close to finalising the move to Istanbul. He will become the fourth of the nine players who joined Liverpool last summer to make a move in this transfer window, after Mario Balotelli, Rickie Lambert and Javier Manquillo, who had his two-year loan from Atlético Madrid cancelled after 12 months.

Markovic cost the Anfield club £20m from Benficalast July but rarely recaptured the form he displayed in Portugal and made only 11 Premier League starts for Brendan Rodgers’ side last season. He made 34 appearances in total, including 11 as a substitute, and has not featured in any of the Liverpool manager’s three match-day squads this term. Despite the player’s struggles to impose himself in English football, however, Liverpool believe the former Partizan Belgrade man does have the talent to succeed at Anfield and the loan deal does not contain an option for Fenerbahce to sign the winger on a permanent basis. The club hope a competitive season and the prospect of more starts in Turkey will prove more beneficial to Markovic’s development than another season on the margins of Rodgers’ team.

You know what Links, call it a hunch but summat tells me we'll not see him playing for our lovable neighbours again.

Ha, it is more likely than seeing Balotelli in a Liverpool strip but not much more!

It is a pity really, thought he looked promising until he lost his confidence and never particularly nice to see a young lad waste a year of his life. Tbf don't think we handled Atsu particularly well either although thankfully we didn't spend 20m on him...

@Lids1978 think he is primarily a right winger, but he rarely played the same position two games in a row under Rodgers.

Markovic looked very good at Portugal. Not £20mn good but definitely up and coming

BR benches him and then makes him play right wing-back. Then doesn't include him in the squad.

How many players has he destroyed the confidence of now?
