It would be nice if we finish above them this season.I certainly think that shower of vermin will flatter to deceive yet again.Liverpools supporters have a natural inherent inferiority complex when it comes to Everton with us being the oldest team in the city, the team with the most amount of seasons played in the top flight of English football and we were boss long before they were boss.We are Everton the original and true kings of football in this city.What's that you say about 5 european cups?Well we would have had one or two ourselves if it wasn't for that ahem incident.Besides going by that logic it would suggest that Nottingham Forest are a bigger club than us with their two european cups.Nonsence of course .Just pipe down you lot you always were and always will be this city's noveau riche, arrogant, racism defending, community destroying, sanctimonious and deluded upstarts.

Would love to agree. Sadly, by as early as 1923, they had won twice as many league titles (4) as us. We did have bigger crowds and a better ground though so I suppose that's something to cheer us up.

The younger ones, certainly. And some of the older ones. One chap, an S T H in his early 70's, is as knowledgeable a footy supporter as you'll find & is genuinely pleased when we do well. I can't say that I'm the same!
