It's going to be weird not hating a liverpool manager, all the players i really hated have left as well, Hendersons still there but he's so underwhelming that he doesn't even register on my 'give a toss'ometer'.

There will always be rawk though...

Listen lids...be happy, don't worry, nothing's going to change for 2 yrs or so, he's got...

I do miss those nights, especially that sound (which I am sure the Germans must have a word for) when the opposition score the goal that puts the tie beyond them.

You mean that disgruntled moment of silence followed by a load of xenophobic insults towards the opposition players, fans, and indeed their own player and manager?

And they're off. RAWK, RS media, Twitter-happy BSmongers. Guy isn't even through the door yet and the pressure is building, unrealistic expectations being set, 'missing piece' debates spun out, messianic status created.
I'm not gonna pretend I know much about Klopp, Dortmund or the Bundesliga (unlike the army of experts currently massing on RAWK's drift), but I do know it's gonna be nigh on impossible for anyone to fulfill the ridiculous fevered expectations and divine right to success mindset of the Liverpool FC machine.
The more he massages their egos, the higher their exaltation will rise. I almost feel sorry for him.

Almost.

It really irritates me that Ancelotti has been considered a serious option for them. They don't have the squad, finances, or league position to attract a manager of his calibre. Would Anceleotti take the Spurs job? Spurs are better placed talentwise, financially and geographically yet if the job came open the entire media wouldn't be banging on about him going there.

Klopp is a different story because he is a bit of a mentalist, I think they really lucked out with him. Will he get along with the American bosses though? I am not sure how much they'll appreciate having a renegade like him in charge.
