Hello I'm Ash, and a somerset blue. Just a quick question is anyone else feeling as positive as me about this season? for the first time in a few years there seems to be a feeling we may actually go somewhere.

welcome Ash, I'm feeling positive about this season, given how we finished last season, who we've brought in so far, potential for some more new players (possibly) and the red sh!te starting as they mean to go on, yeah am pretty positive mate

We always finish off well (in recent years)... but normally by the time the summer break has come and gone, there has been a complete lack of transfer activity and usually an ongoing saga that has dragged on with one of our existing players and then Its the usual bad 2-3 months of relegation form Before Christmas comes around and its championship form again, but sadly too late. but this year we have carried on the good feeling from the end of last season, moved quick to sign a player or two (not the usual loan or fee signing within the last 24 hours of the window) we quelled the whole Baines to utd thing quickly and it quickly died out, and when it did come to selling a player who may or may not be a great player one day, We made up our minds quickly and dealt with it, with minimal fuss and disruption and now have looked to build on that... well at least that is my opinion. I Don't think we Have a real shot at the whole thing but certainly champions league would be nice

And as for the Reds yesterday, That is just the kind of performance that I like to see from them Suarez was showing shades of ade akinbayi

Looking forward to tomorrow, my boss is a Devil. So fingers crossed come Tuesday I have something to crow about!

Somerset Blue sounds very like a cheese, not 1 you would find on my crackers though, I prefer the non mouldy varieties.
