Embedded tweets not displaying properly

For a few weeks now, if someone embeds a tweet, especially if it contains a pic or video, only the upper portion is shown. There seems to be no way to expand it, it just launched Twitter if you click it.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Usually fine if you reload page but appreciate that isn't ideal.
