Its a friendly after all, and your big players (minus Stevie GBH) have had a long season ala Lampard, Rooney etc so they need resting before a big tourne. Its the fringe players that need a run out.

- Michael Dawson - better options in his position.
- Stephen Warnock - can't take 3 left-backs - Cole and Baines have to be in the final 23.
- Tom Huddlestone - better options in his position.
- Aaron Lennon - not many minutes since returning from injury - Adam Johnson seems a much better option.
- Shaun Wright-Philips - better wingers in the team - Walcott, Milner, Johnson.
- Emile Heskey - hopefully, but England managers seem to rate him?
- Scott Parker - better options in his position.

Would hope that Carragher doesn't make the cut, but seems as Capello convinced him to come out of retirement, he must be in the 23.
