one day series winners somehow. i have been hugely impressed with collingwood, great deal of admiration for how he has played throughout.

so a modicum of pride and respect restored after the first ashes white wash in living memory.

the world cup should be interesting, it will be as hot if not hotter in the carribean, though vaughan and tresco should be back, and maybe even pietersen.

A great achievement for us espicially after the Ashes ¬¬.

Collingwood has been in fine form, and been backed up by Freddie, Bell and Joyce and Loye.

Hopefully we will go into the WC brimming with confidence

We've been a different team in the latetr parts of the CB series. Some quality play from the likes of Colly, Joyce, Flintoff, Nixon and Bell. Let's just hope we keep this form up for the World Cup

all boils down to bell being given out wrongly... so now england cricketers know how it feels to be andrew johnson - to have some MYOPIC or CORRUPT [Poor language removed] [Poor language removed] you over with their position as referee.

when will repurssusions extend to the self appointed decision makers?

Super effort by the two lads down the order. We won't get anywhere though until the top order is sorted out and Flintoff learns how to bat again. Vaughan has averaged in the 30's over the past 30 odd games in both forms of cricket which simply isn't good enough for a guy that once topped the batting rankings with an average over 50. He's fast becoming the Mike Brearly of the noughties. Add in Ed Joyce who doesn't seem able to get either big scores or quick runs and our innings inevitably get off to dreadful starts.

I was gutted we lost yesterday. As Suits and Bruce have said, Bopara and Nixon were awesome. The third power play killed us really, 3 wickets for not very many runs. But Bopara dn Nixon batted superbly to get us back in it and so close to winning. It's gonna be hard to qualify now, we really need a result against the Aussies on Sunday
