What are you doing, Fab?

  • You should have stuck with Rob Green to begin with or waiting until he refound his form. Is Carson injured? West Brom are flying.
  • Warnock ahead of Baines. Your call. I don't think the Villa man has earned international recognition myself.
  • I think Gareth Barry has been poor for a long time. I probably wouldn't leave him out, but I'd put Scott Parker in to challenge for his place.
  • Is Wright-Phillips even getting a game for City? What about Albrighton at Villa?
  • Kevin Davies just isn't England material. (Watch him have a blinding debut now!) I know we're short of options. How about trying Young as the second striker, as Houllier is doing for Villa?
  • Rooney needs some time away from the spotlight. I wouldn't have included him.

Given our record in major tournaments wouldn't it be better if he just picked whoever plays for Prescot Cables.
