Pretty average Dutch side versus an England team seemingly on the rise after the other night. So fully expect 11 changes, including Ross starting, Stones also maybe.

I got an email today for tickets v Turkey at the Etihad, all the corners and more are family enclosure £20 for adults £10 kids. Turkey have been given the full end all 3 tiers apart from the block closest to the 'main' stand, I wouldn't go in that single block upstairs for a fattened calf, in fact I wouldn't go near the place with what must be 15,000 away fans there... GMP are gonna get a run out that night.

....I think it's easy to confuse poor defending and poor defenders. My opinion is that Everton suffers more from poor defending as opposed to having poor defenders. It's an important distinction.
