I know there are tables where points are calculated using only one system, 2-1-0 or 3-1-0, but is there a table where points are summed using both systems?

Well, it says that points are based on points system that applied at the time, so i think this all-time table is the most precise. Unfortunately, Everton had a lot of bad seasons in last 25 years.
