Yes plenty of time and no standout international sides. Some need overhauls due to age (Italy/Germany/Argentina) and other look weak mentally (France/Belgium/Brazil).

Thought first half he was tremendous. Shooting isn't all a striker is about.

Second half, when England stopped playing and parked the bus, he was basically acting like a striker for a relegation-threatened side desperate to hang on, which isn't what he's used to or what he can do. If we wanted to do that, DCL would have been the better bet.

Overall, felt sorry for him. That result wasn't on him.

Oh I'm happy for them to never win a thing but there is a lot of good talent coming through.

They need a better manager and a proper team knocking together rather than players coming in and out of the team all the time.
