Yeah, someone needs to let Moyes know that it's ok to use another player in place of Cahill instead of playing with ten players.

Does someone want to answer the below for http://whatafantasticrun.com ?

WFR: Welcome to What A Fantastic Run, can you start by telling us a little about your self (name, age, occupation, other interesting bits)

WFR: One question we ask all our interviewees is how they came to support their club. So how did you land up choosing Everton?

WFR: You are currently sitting in 13th just three points out of the relegation zone - has it been a disappointing season so far?

WFR: What are the fans feeling about Moyes at the moment?

WFR: It seems like we have been linked to Steven Pienaar for the past two years and further reports have broke over the past few days. What's your understanding of the situation and where would he fit in our team?

WFR: With half of the season gone what are your expectations for Everton?

WFR: Who has been your stand out player this season?

WFR: The transfer window is now open. Are there funds to spend and where does that investment need to go?

WFR: What are your general thoughts on Tottenham?

WRF: And finally, you are sitting in the bookies with your last £20 - what result are you going to stick your money on?

Please tell me Lee Mason isn't the ref - if he is I'm going to do something else with Wednesday night.

I've done the WFR thing as well.

We really need to win this or whatever confidence we have left could be shattered.
Id go with.
howard

neville jags distin baines

coleman fellaini osman pienaar

anichebe beckford

we need to believe and go 4-4-2 we are the home side and we are everton come on moyes wake up.

So Cahill isnt playing? If so the formation (without changing it too much) should be:

Howard

Neville - Jagielka - Distin - Baines

Coleman - Arteta - Fellaini - Pienaar

Bily

Beckford

However, its tempting to play Hibbert, as more protection on the right against Bale (whatever you think, he can tackle)...and Yakubu if he is fit.

Would love to see Bily in the Cahill role though (when we dont hoof), he doesnt need to be fast, he can just pass the ball to each wing, and shoot when he recieves it.

Saying all that i reckon a Everton 1-3 Tottenham scoreline

I'd really like to see this team! I just wish Moyes would put that out, Bily needs games and thats the perfect position for him, i reckon he'll do a great job there and also Beckford ahead of him, I know spurs game will be tough but if moyes persists with that team after i reckon our goal drought will be solved. Beckford gets in great positions and has had more attempts on goal than yak+saha put together and Bily in the team is great....he shoots from outside the box lol, He's wasted on the wings, as a centre forward he'll kick ass. Moyes needs to unleash them

spurs have a pretty decent record v us as far as i can remember so i aint too optimistic about this one as they are playing well this year ......

im just hoping the guys can give the crowd something to shout about and show some passion and imagination in doing it as i fear a bit of a hiding from these to be honest and i think if that was to happen the effect is going to be very unsettling for the whole club

Howard
Neville Jags Distin Baines
Fellaini
ColemanPienaar Bilya
Rodwell
Yakubu

Go for that personally. Arteta is well out of form and Pienaar can do his job perfectly well. Upfront you'd have 1 strong holding player and a advancing skilled player able to get back and forward. Bilya can be more defence minded if told to be and Im sure Pienaar will be able to come over and, in an ideal world, be able to swap from time to time. But I can see Osman going in there because...well, he's Osman and he's 10times the player the £9mill Bilya will ever be.

Will never happen. But I'd like to see that. The ability to have more options on the bench with Arteta, Saha and Beckford is better.

Theory is, confuse the opposition, then have the ball worked for Mucha to hit long for the Distin flick; Hibbo to grab a hatful, with Howard helping out as an inside forward as a "Messi" type figure.

;)

I would give my last rolo for 3 points! My main hope is that we tend to play well against the better teams in the league this season e.g. Chelsea, City, United, Spurs (a) COYB
