The reasomn RS have 6 more points than they should have is because the bias from the referee, they should only have 38 points and that should be it, but isn't we still 2 points behind Chelsea by the looks of the table?

Although, to be fair, the table can take no account of what would have happened if the decisions had been right. If the RS didn't get awarded that lucky decision, then who knows whether they would have got a goal etc, later on. We're dealing with counterfactuals (counter-to-fact situations) and any possible scenario can legitimately be said to be a possible alternative.
In other words, the right result league is correct in some possible worlds, but not in others.
In saying that, in this world, the RS do seem to get a lot of lucky breaks.
