Hits a few nails on head, younger neutral fans see us differently than older neutral fans, the older people can recall when we where the Bizz, the younger fans can only recall us being "plucky Everton".

For me this is especially true of Everton. Some of my first football memories are of Everton winning the Division One title in the 1969-70 season with a superb side which had that quintessential mix of ruthless hard men and outrageous skill which was the skill-set du jour back when football was appreciated as a full-blooded contact sport and not lauded for being an athletic contest between lady-boys.

Insightful article sadly i would add though i do think Moyes could do a job at Old Trafford i think the next Man U manager will struggle purely becuase of who they're following,anyway a little sidetrack from an excellent article.
