Afternoon all.

Just received a kit for my eldest lad for Christmas from Everton direct which I reckon is going to be well too small. It's a youth large with Richarlison on the back. Compared it to one of his Nike ones (AS Roma) and the fit seems very small/skinny.

Shorts and socks look ok but am I right in assuming I'm lumbered now with this kit now and can't return as its classed as a personalized item?

You could reasonably argue the toss that the sizing isn't accurate (seems a common complaint) and therefore the item isn't fit for purpose.
Also you have distance selling rights.

So far as I understand if you buy via post or online you have certain rights fir return withing x days. Can't say I remember the details but worth googling.
