Realistically we need to bolster midfield and bring in some calm heads. I’d go with RLC and Ramsey.. now I know they aren’t what we’d want as first choice but we’ve got about 48hrs.. so as I say realism required!

RLC - no brainer for me, strong and aggressive and decent on the ball - also might be useful in defending a set piece with his size

Ramsey - very hard working and has quality on the ball. Lampard can’t suddenly get this team playing decent football without getting players in who are comfortable doing so. A less risky option than Deli (his head couldn’t cope with a battle) and brings game management and some genuine ability to play our front 3 in.

Not what I’d go for if this was the start of summer but as I say with limited time and funds, getting these two in would make me feel much more positive about premier league survival
Aaron Ramsey is finished, serial crock

Dobbin needs a loan move ideally - if Frankel goes 433 we have Gray & Gordon on the left and Richy & Townie on the right.

I would deffo flog DCL at the right price though - he's claimed he loves London in the past and you get the feeling he'll want to move there down the line. I also think there is the potential for him to fall out of interest with football due to his antics in fashion similiar to Rashford with politics in which football seems to have become a secondary passion.

£70+ million and our FFP worries become a thing of the past - reinvest in 3-4 ballers.

I think DCL and Richarlison will go this summer.

Both have given great service, but feels a good time for a reset.

I think Dobbin will stay around the first team though mate.

Not at all. Watching him for Wales he works as hard as any and brings real quality to their play. IMO, this is what we need - someone who can transition us without panicking or losing possession. As I said, this is not an ideal solution as we only have 48hrs, but one with little down side on loan. Who would you realistically go for?

His energy for wales recently has been very impressive

I thought Richarlison would deffo be off and DCL would stay but with Auba leaving Arsenal end of the season supposedly I have a feeling the reverse could happen.

I get the feeling Richarlison loves being at the club and tbh his performances in recent years haven't likely convinced the top clubs to offer the sort of money we would want for him.

I can see Arsenal or Spurs going big for DCL in the summer - whats interesting is if Lampard wants a more fluid front 3 or a target man in the centre.

If its more a fluid pacey front 3 you could sell DCL, move Richarlison central and sign a quality wide player on the right like a Hudson Odoi and go:

Odoi Richarlison Gray

Then have the FFP leg room to bring in a commanding CB & 1-2 good CM's.

Tammy Abraham i think will be high up on our list of targets particularly if there is movement at Roma.

Wouldn't be surprised to us go for Tomori either.

Both will come back to the PL eventually.
