Not sure if this is the right place for this but anyway

So I bought two Everton Memberships for me and the lad, the main purpose of which was to be able to buy two tickets early whilst decent seats were still available.

I bought them about 3 weeks ago and I believe that once paid for, they are active

Went to buy two tickets yesterday for the Chelsea game, through the club website and it will only let me buy one.

So I'm a bit puzzled as to what's wrong

Do I somehow need to link the two memberships to my account, when I check my account history I can see the purchases for the membership so they're definitely registered as bought under my account.

I though't I'd try here first rather than contacting and then waiting for a reply from the club

I had the same issue trying to get tickets for me and my dad - as ridiculous as it is I think you need to log in on the individual account of the person with the membership. Absolute joke

and yes they are active straight away - i got mine sunday night and bought my chelsea ticket monday morning, dad got his weeks ago so i had to get mine and then had to get his details to log in and get his too

You just need to get the two memberships linked.

Once this is done, you can use multiple memberships at the same time when buying tickets.

Call the box office mate

I have myself, my 2 sons and my mate and his son all linked on my account so i can buy 5 tickets if needed. We have all been Evertonian members for 3 years and too be honest its been a very easy way of getting tickets and have not failed once in getting a ticket if i needed one.

You can link the accounts online, you just need the surname, post code and customer no. Think its in the left hand side under friends and family or something like that. Once linked on the page with the tickets theres a drop down allows you to allocate a ticket to each member.

We're already linked accounts online and it didn't work. you'd expect that the system could see if two linked accounts have membership and act accordingly, but it clearly can't

I'd be interested to see how this pans out as its Liverpool next so I want to know for sure by then!

My son hasn't got a customer number as I always get the tickets, albeit up to now, late, so not the best seats. I've bought him a membership , so maybe that's the issue I need sign him up for a customer number and then add him as friends and family, again seems a convoluted way of doing things

Yeah you definitely need to do that - I actually think his membership may have automatically signed him up for a number? or did you just buy 2 at once from your own account? Definitely speak to the box office (on the phone!)

but....I've also linked mine and my dad's, both now members, and it wouldn't let me buy his on the priority access so that still might not be the end of your issue!

Has anyone else here definitely bought 2 tickets at the same time for a linked customer number and yourself within the membership-only priority period?

yes lots of times, once the 2 accounts are linked in family and friends u can buy for everyone at once online. I have bought for 6 people at once for the city game
The problem u might be getting is that when u choose 2 tickets it comes with 'u cannot buy 2 tickets with one membership' but each ticket u are buying has a drop down box next to it. To start with your name will be in both boxes so u need to click on one of the drop downs and choose your 'friend or family' and allocate the ticket to them.
Then it will work ok

Tried that - so strange!
