Everton to make official offer for Wolves' Gibbs-White​

Everton are interested in Wolves midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White and are expected to make an official offer.
It is thought Wolves value the 22-year-old at £25m but are yet to decide whether they will allow him to leave.
Nottingham Forest have also shown an interest in the player.

I do wonder why Everton have no scouting network. Seems our knowledge consists exclusively of rejects from big teams in Europe, or the UK market, specifically backup players at 'Big 6' clubs.

We are shocking at scouting, why can’t we ever find diamonds in the mud like other clubs. Our scouts are non existent along with our youth set up.

Apologies to all those with such in depth knowledge of Chelsea's academy that I greatly offended by not knowing that Broja was one of their own. The sentiment re our scouting network being a joke still stands though, as we seem generally incapable of picking up bargain young players from lower leagues , or from abroad , and are great at overpaying for ageing cast offs. In the past , when we had no money Moyes was a master at living on scraps.
