He's pretty much bob on, doesnt mean things cant chnage like ANY information. Dont know what your issue with him, he is a reliable source. If he put "GW will sign for barca, unlikely to be cancelled" people would get the old 'HeS CoVeRiNg AlL BaSeS' line out.

He's built himself a reputation by being one of the most reliable journos out there and now people hold him to unreasonably high standards. Don't get why some (mainly virgins on football Twitter) are so desperate to claim he's some sort of a fraud all of a sudden, he's only as good as his sources and covers all the big leagues, bound to get it wrong every now and then.
Still one of the very best.
He wasn't even wrong on Wijnaldum anyway. As of that tweet him and the world, including Barca, thought he was going to Barcelona.
As I understand it, Wijnaldum WAS nailed on for Barca and went back on his word when PSG swooped in at the last.
Re Fonseca: Entirely conceivable, I'd have thought, that at the time of his tweet the rumours WERE rubbish but they appointed Paratici in the meantime and it just so happens the name in the frame was one (of many) that had been mentioned before.
