Interesting article from Pittsburgh showing that the trumpeted Everton training scheme that they were rolling out is starting to be picked up...

That's the third Acedemy I know of in the States now! Very interesting. Saying it is one-of-the-first-of-it's-kind is odd though. I think Aresenal did a similar deal out in Colorado. So, three feeder systems in the US, very interesting. I'm guessing that strategicly Everton is thinking they can find value here (which I've said for a bit now). And not so much waiting for someone to make a splach on the MNT but to groom and monitor talent from much earlier.
