I understand that Yarmolenko's boss and all but why exactly do we need him?

He usually plays on the right wing, doesn't he? So if we sign him Gerard will have to be dropped? That would be stupid, i understood why we were after him in the summer when we weren't sure how Del was going to settle, but he solidified his place in the team since then, and we brought Lennon to be his back-up.

I think it's all lazy journalism and we're not after him at all now, Martinez would be stupid to spend all of our money on a player that we don't need.

The best players these days don't play on the right or left wing. You would have Geri, Ross and Yarmolenko interchanging behind Lukaku. Just keep it tight behind these 4 and we could have a very good 2nd half of the season!

That's true but do we need to blow our transfer budget on strengthening our attack if it's not the scoring that we're having problems with?

Don't get me wrong i would be very excited if we were to sign him but it's just seems like buying a really expensive car before you buy yourself a place to live.

Disagree mate signing him would show intent, show ambition for the first time since ive been alive, sign players like him rom ross geri stones etc will buy into it, he is a upgrade on kone! he will be worth a lot more and sign for someone bigger if he does well in the euros, were not desperate for any position maybe a goalkeeper but no one sells there 1st team goalkeeper in january, only a back up right back!
